Mike has been a mortgage and protection advisor since 2016 and was recently named as Mortgage Introducer’s Mortgage Broker of the year for 2024. When not in the office Mike enjoys spending time with the family, watching Manchester United and playing the occasional round of golf.
Carl has been a full time Mortgage and Protection Advisor since October 2020. Carl has worked in client-facing roles in the financial services industry since February 2017. Outside of the office, Carl is a retired cricketer, terrible golfer and long suffering fan of Sunderland AFC, and enjoys spending time out in the hills with his wife and dog.
Jason joined Neal Hayes Mortgages in 2024 as a mortgage advisor, after spending over 10 years as high school teacher. Jay has a passion for customer service and enjoys playing football and spending time with his family.
